AGEHA September 2009 Cover Clutter

Hi everyone,

I say "Cover Clutter" because the AGEHA Japan September 2009 issue proves once again that you have to get as much text jammed onto that front cover as possible. It literally makes me dizzy looking at this month's cover as the headlines spiral towards the center. The model is good but unfortunately she is small and secondary to the text. There is also a pink Hello Kitty with a heart shaped eye patch in the upper right hand corner. Is it just me or does the cover give a tad feel of S&M or something. The hat gives it a way for me not that I'm an expert on S&M...laugh. With the eye patch, sharp nails, and hat, this cover like last month looks rough and tough with a pinch of princess.

In fact, on closer observation, you can see what looks like hand cuff style hand accessories the model is wearing. We definitely have a princess biker look going on here....or not. It's up to your imagination I suppose. Inside the models and fashion are gorgeous as usual. The Ageha look and experience is still very popular in Japan right now. Most hair salons I know are very busy with gals wanting to emulate the Ageha look for all sorts of reasons and events. Of all the magazines in Japan, I'd say Ageha is one of the more popular magazines available right now. It's sexy too I add.

yeah, there is a lot of text this time....hmm.....but i dont think it looks like s&m, just biker style. ageha always has some kinda costumes, like military, jail inmate, etc...

i agree the text takes over abit but to be honest i like the pik ^__^

gosh i hate ageha's covers..
what's the point of putting there a model on the cover, when only the head or head and a bit hair can be seen >_<
but i luv ageha's hair "tutorials", they really inspire my big hair looks :--D
