According to The Daily Mail's website—where this came from—a lot of people had similar reactions even after doing a skin allergy test.

From what I've noticed, The Daily Mail also has an awful lot of these kinds of stories. They also don't seem to mind showing everyone such disturbing pictures of these poor people. Yeesh.

I don't think it's all that funny. Stupidity you can laugh at, sure, but a person can't help being allergic to something. All of these people ended up seriously ill and in need of hospital treatment. That's part of the reason I didn't delete this thread, even though it includes borderline inappropriate (shocking) pictures. People should definitely be aware of the risks that come with using hair dye or other chemicals.

Seriously, would you laugh if this happened to one of your friends or someone in your family?

God, that's terrible.

And yeah... people aren't always aware of their allergies. And even then, I dont know how doing a strand test will give you a similar, less drastic allergic reaction. Especially when a girl could be super safe and wear gloves and all that. Sometimes things like this are unpredictable, strand test or not.

She laughs about this kind of stuff because she doesn't think about her(it could also happens to her) or her family and friends.

I hate this kind of websites, specially the ones that use pictures of police files to show dead body in different ways. Disgusting ever. Makes me think how will i die? hope not that way.

People should be less disrespectful to misfortune of others and less selfish and think that could happen to them too.

And I don't think it's something to laugh at! I'd maybe laugh if somebody would fall in a funny way.. but as soon as the person is hurt it's n ot funny at all. I think somethink like that is a really serious case!

It's just the same reaction you get when you see somebody trip on their shoelace on the way to the kitchen, stumbles over your baby brother's toy truck and their head impales your birthday cake. If you take offense to people seeing you this way, why don't you pay more attention to the things you say or how you say them? Obviously, you care, because you bothered to correct people for misinterpreting what you said in the first place.
